EPR and PPWR for manufacturers, importers and distributors

You don't need a web shop to work with us. If you ship pallets to distributors, sell to other businesses or have several companies placing packaging on EU markets, we start from your ERP export and your supply chain, not from a store connection.

What changes when you sell to businesses

• Who the producer is depends on who first makes the packaging available in each country. Selling to a distributor who resells there can move the obligation to them; selling directly to a business that uses the goods usually leaves it with you. The answer can differ by country and by channel.
• Transport and commercial packaging count too: pallets, stretch film, strapping, large cartons. Several countries treat household and commercial packaging separately, with different schemes and rules.
• Each legal entity is its own producer. A subsidiary that places packaging on a market generally needs its own registrations; a parent company's registration does not cover it.
• PPWR conformity: since 12 August 2026 each packaging needs technical documentation and an EU declaration of conformity from its manufacturer, built on the evidence suppliers must provide (Regulation (EU) 2025/40, Arts. 15 and 16).

Send us an ERP or accounting export, or fill in our spreadsheet: one row per product, month and country. We record the packaging of each product once, by material, agree with you how grouped and transport packaging are counted, and every country's figures come from the same record.
