Yearly fees for the calendar year you order in, then renewing each 1 January. No setup fee. Scheme fees and eco-contributions are passed on at cost, separately.

Several countries can be bought in one order.
You pay the full year you order in, whatever the month. Each country then renews on 1 January.
Business customers in another EU country with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge. Businesses outside the EU are not charged Spanish VAT.
Cancel the renewal any time before 1 January by email. See refunds and cancellation.
