Your registrations, numbers, mandates, declarations and deadlines sit in your client portal, not in someone's inbox, so your records do not depend on one person. Registrations and identifiers are in your name and stay yours.
Store connections are read-only and we never keep your customers' names or addresses. Sign-in is by a single-use email link. You can download your documents at any time, and if you leave we hand your scheme memberships over to you or to your next representative.
