No. The UK has its own packaging EPR, with its own registration, reporting and fees, separate from the PPWR.

No. The UK's packaging EPR is its own regime. Large producers, or a compliance scheme for them, register with their environmental regulator each year, report packaging data every six months, meet recycling obligations and pay a waste disposal fee to PackUK for household packaging. Small producers register and report once a year by 1 April. Which applies to you depends on UK thresholds, so we check that first.
